MINIS

The 4–7 age group is a crucial stage for building the foundations of dance technique and performance. At this age, young dancers are introduced to the basic elements of movement, rhythm, coordination, and spatial awareness in a fun and supportive environment.

Classes are designed to nurture creativity and confidence while developing fundamental skills such as balance, posture, flexibility, and musicality.

Through age-appropriate exercises and imaginative activities, dancers start to understand the structure of a dance class and gradually build the technical and performance skills that will support their progression in any dance style.
